We collect basic personal data about you.
For the purpose of contacting you about your hypnotherapy sessions, we collect:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your phone number
- Your next of kin
- Your email address
We are registered as the Data Controllers for our business with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) and take the protection of your data very seriously. We store your contact details on electronic devices which are password protected. After two months of our working relationship ending, We will delete your information. You have a right at any time to ask what information we hold on you.
If you feel there has been a breach of your data and wish to raise a complaint you can contact me directly in the first instance.
If our responses are not acceptable to you, you can contact the Information Commissioners Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 11 13.
Social Media Statement
We engage with social media privately and professionally. There is a chance if you use social media yourself you may see some of our online activity.
You can choose to view our posts without liking or commenting and that way no-one, will know you have seen our posts. You should bear in mind that, if you like or comment on our posts, these can be seen by anyone who visits our pages.
We have colleagues, family and friends who follow us on social media. We will never identify you as a client.
We will reply to messages or comments on our posts but we will not engage in hypnotherapy via social media. In this instance we will normally invite you to contact us directly.
We won’t accept friend’s requests from clients on our personal social media accounts as this may blur the boundaries of our professional relationship.

Living Therapeutic Will
In the event of death or incapacitation through illness, a nominated person will receive the name and contact details of our current clients. The nominated person will contact our clients to inform them of the situation.
