For the purpose of contacting you about your hypnotherapy sessions, we collect:

• Your address
• Your phone number
• Your next of kin
• Your email address

We are registered as the Data Controllers for our business with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) and take the protection of your data very seriously.  We store your contact details on electronic devices which are password-protected. After two months of our working relationship ending, we will delete your information. You have a right at any time to ask what information we hold on you.

If you feel there has been a breach of your data and wish to raise a complaint you can contact us  directly in the first instance.
